What are the common faults of the cnc router

     Engraving machine is more and more widely used, in the use of the process will appear some problems, today sorted out the engraving machine common problems and solutions.

     Alarm failure
The ultra-range alarm indicates that the machine has reached the limit position during operation. Please check it by the following steps:
1,Whether the designed graphic size is beyond the processing range.
2,Check whether the connection line between the motor shaft and the lead screw is loose. If so, tighten the screw.
3,Whether the machine and computer are properly grounded.
4,Whether the current coordinate value exceeds the soft limit value range.

 Alarm and release
     When in overrange, all motion axes are automatically set in the inching state. As long as the manual direction key is pressed, the machine can resume the connected motion state at any time when it leaves the limit position (i.e., when it leaves the overrange point switch).
When moving the workbench, pay attention to the direction of movement, must be away from the limit position.
The soft limit alarm shall clear XYZ in the coordinate setting    

Non-alarm fault
1, repeat machining accuracy is not enough, according to the second item of article 1 inspection.
2, the computer is running, the machine is not moving, check whether the computer control card and electrical box connection head is loose, if so, insert tight, and tighten the set screw.
3. If the machine cannot find the signal when returning to the mechanical origin, check according to article 2. The proximity switch at the mechanical origin is out of order.   

 The output fault
1. No output, please check whether the computer and control box are well connected.
2, open the carving manager Settings to see whether the space is full, delete the manager is not used files.
3. Check whether the connection of the signal line is loose, and carefully check whether all the lines are connected.   

 Carving fault
1. Whether the screws of various parts are loose.
2. Check if you are dealing with the right path.
3, whether the file is too large to cause computer processing errors.
4. Increase or decrease the spindle speed to adapt to different materials (generally 8000-24000)
5, loosen the knife chuck, turn the knife to the direction of clamping, put the knife right, so as not to carve the object is not clean.
6. Check whether the knife is damaged, replace it with a new one and re-carve it.
